Training and workshops

The Service Excellence team is there to help faculty, support staff and all others representing the University gain the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve the Service Excellence vision within their teams.

We can prepare customized workshops and short training sessions to meet your section’s needs. Even the students who work as part of your teams can benefit, so that they too can help the University become a leader in service excellence.

Finally, if you want to know how to get involved in Service Excellence initiatives at uOttawa, we can tell you.

Service Excellence Workshops

The workshops complement the activities already in place to equip the 100 members and more of the Network of Service Excellence Champions. They take place every two months and are aimed at helping champions fulfill their mandate of sharing service excellence best practices.
