Following last years’ Service Excellence Week, the Service Excellence team met individually with University faculties and services to help them adjust their service standards to meet those set by the University. These discussions also served to determine if the teams had all the support and tools necessary to make the University’s service excellence vision a reality. There were more than 30 meetings!
In the 2015-2016 school year, champions will have the chance to take part in small, informal meetings. Meeting subjects will be targeted so as to give the key actors tools such as concrete indicators of achieving the Service Excellence vision within their teams.
