Service Excellence Workshops

The Service Excellence Workshops will complement the activities already in place to equip the 80 members of the Network of Service Excellence Champions.

Last October, during the Service Excellence Week conference, you helped us choose some of the topics that would support your efforts as a Service Excellence Champion. Since then, the Service Excellence team has developed a series of workshops on these topics.

These workshops will take place every two months and will aim to help you share the best practices of service excellence. At times, guests will join the Service Excellence team to lead workshops.

The first Service Excellence Workshop of the year was held in early March, and the next workshop, on peer recognition in day-to-day interactions, will be in April. You will be receiving an invitation to participate in the next few weeks.

Note that registration for these workshops is on a first-come-first-served basis and is managed by the Human Resources Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development (LLOD) sector.
