Service Excellence Week 2015 runs from October 5 to 9. Activities include a half-day conference, a workshop for managers and the return of the pop-up cafés. The conference and workshops are aimed at giving key Service Excellence stakeholders the tools to act more effectively within their own teams. You may recall that last year the week allowed the champions to learn about their new role and understand the University’s Service Excellence vision.
The organizing committee for the second edition has already begun planning the event. A schedule will be posted in September, but you can already mark the event down in your agenda.
